Portfolio Rights

Client Materials

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
We will deliver all completed work
Rights to unfinished work remain with Blue Codes Hub

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms.

13. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance services are available as separate agreements. Standard project delivery includes a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in project agreements.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of third-party services.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service failures.
